A coronal (crown) fracture is a fracture of the coronal portion of the tooth. This is commonly caused by trauma to the oral cavity but can also be due to caries. it Can be associated with any tooth. Single cusped teeth are more commonly affected. The maxillary incisors are more common than the mandibular incisors. This is a very common and can be seen anywhere in world. There are many professional in this area and also researchers are very much interested to find a cure or any advanced methodology to treat it in a better way. Oral Hygiene can also play a vital role in this case, as by maintaining a good oral hygiene can reduce the most possible chance of Coronal Fracture.
