Retraction of a Peer-Reviewed Article Indicates Persistent Issues with Forensic Science

We describe events arising from the case of Joby Rowe, condemned of the killing of his 3 month recent female offspring, and explore what they illustrate regarding general issues within the rhetorical science community in Australia. A peer reviewed journal article that scrutinized the rhetorical proof conferred within the Rowe case was backward by a rhetorical science journal for reasons unrelated to quality or accuracy, harassed from rhetorical doctors criticized within the article. Details of the retraction obtained through freedom of knowledge mechanisms reveal improper pressure and subversion of commercial enterprise processes so as to avoid scrutiny.
