Protein Profile for Engraftment Syndrome in Children Receiving Haemopoietic Somatic Cell Transplants

Engraftment syndrome’s biology is poorly known, and it’s uncertain how much it overlaps with acute graft-versushost disease (GVHD). Plasma protein profiles were examined in 56 paediatric allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipients before transplant, the day of vegetative cell infusion, and every week until day +100 to better understand engraftment syndrome.
