Organ transplantation is a life-saving medical intervention that has significantly advanced over the years, offering hope to patients with end-stage organ failure. Despite advancements in surgical techniques and immunosuppressive therapies, optimizing transplant outcomes remains a complex challenge. This abstract outlines a comprehensive approach to improve transplant outcomes by focusing on key aspects of patient care, including pre-transplant assessment, perioperative management, and long-term follow-up. Pre-transplant Assessment A thorough pretransplant evaluation is crucial for identifying potential risk factors and ensuring the selection of suitable candidates.
